Our Beginning

In 2015, our founder Duane Barton happily learned he was starting a family. With his first child on the way he wanted to find a stable industry that allowed growth. He entered the waste disposal industry as a driver servicing front load bins. Within months he was promoted into trucking operations as a junior dispatcher where he also trained new drivers on vehicle operation and operational procedures such as safe driving and bin maneuvering. From there he worked his way up to senior dispatcher managing upwards of 30 routes a day. By 2019 he was promoted to operations supervisor where he managed hiring, driver training, scheduling, client relations and employee development. 

Through his experience, he began to think that waste collection could become convenient, clean and environmentally conscious. He created Bin Butler to do just that—help his local community by providing assistance that not only saves people time but offers them peace of mind. His knowledge of the industry is only outweighed by his love for his family as they were his driving force for success.
