Do you offer a discounted rate for a townhome complex?

Yes, we offer discounted rates for townhome complexes. Request a quote for your strata council to get started.

Do you wash curbside toters and front load bins just once?

Toters and bins are constantly accumulating filth, which is why most of our clients opt for our subscription and receive regular maintenance washes to keep pests and odours under control. We can however, just wash them once if you like.

When do you wash?

For townhome complexes and clients with front load bins we come on collection day, after the bins have been emptied. For single-family residences, we come the day after waste collection.

How do you wash?

Our trucks are equipped with a hydraulic lifter that securely tips the toter or front load bin upside down over a spray head. We use high heat and pressurized water. On very filthy toters and bins a degreaser is used. We finish with a lightly scented disinfectant spray.

Does your degreaser or disinfectant spray contain chemicals?

No, both our degreaser and disinfectant are made from all natural ingredients and contain no synthetic fragrances, dyes or bleach.

What happens to the water and debris from washing bins?

We leave no mess on the ground. Our wash bay filtration system separates debris from the water. At the end of the day, the water is discharged to the city wastewater treatment plant and the debris is bagged and disposed.
