As he worked his way up the ranks, Duane remained committed to his core values of hard work, integrity, and customer service. But it was his experience as a driver, dispatcher, and operations supervisor that led him to identify a specific need in the community: a comprehensive solution for clean curbside toters and convenient waste collection. He noticed that while some companies focused on washing toters and others on parkade pull-out, no one was offering a single, streamlined solution that combined both services.

Duane saw an opportunity to fill this gap by creating a company that would provide both washing and parkade pull-out services, making it easier for property managers, homeowners, and businesses to keep their communities clean and healthy.
