• A monthly service quote covering all organics bins in the complex
• A detailed service information package outlining our process
• A one-time pilot wash for participating council members at a reduced rate of $20 per participant

We’ve Seen It Work Firsthand

Our first townhome complex client didn’t come from advertising — they came through word-of-mouth within their own community.

Residents watched us washing bins regularly and started talking. When neighbours approached their strata council, the community voted to approve monthly service complex-wide. That same complex has since reported a huge decline in their mice population.
