We wash the organic bins of all strata council members at a special discounted rate of $20 per participant. This gives council members firsthand experience of our service before deciding on a monthly subscription for the entire complex.

If the service meets expectations, It is presented for approval using the monthly pricing provided. There is no obligation to proceed.

We come on your collection day, after the bins have been emptied by your waste collection provider.

Our truck is equipped with a hydraulic lifter that securely tips each bin upside down over a spray head. We use high heat and pressurized water. For heavily soiled buildup we apply a natural degreaser and hand scrub. We finish by spraying touch points with a natural disinfectant and a deodorizer inside the bin.

Absolutely - both our degreaser and disinfectant are made from all-natural ingredients with no synthetic fragrances, dyes, or bleach. No harmful chemicals, no contaminated runoff.

None. Our wash bay captures and separates all debris from the water. Everything is bagged and disposed of responsibly - your property stays clean.
